Our top priority is the health and safety of all candidates and staff.
We have introduced health precautions in the test centre on test day in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. These precautions will mean some test day processes will be different than previously and will likely make the test day experience slightly longer for you; for example entry to and exit from test rooms will be staggered so that we can maintain appropriate physical distancing between all people. In addition, all the admissions equipment and the equipment on each desk is sanitised before every test.
We thank you in advance for working with us as we follow the advice of the Australian Federal and State Government health authorities to ensure a safe test environment for all.
If any of the above apply, please contact the test partner directly as soon as possible so that they can assist with your test enrolment.
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 less than 14 days after you took your test, you are requested to report this to the test centre by email at email@example.com. This will help ensure we can communicate with other test takers and follow government advice.
Thank you for your understanding and help. We wish you all the best with your test.
